Job description

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening candidates and onboarding new hires. Provide support for Workday functionalities, including employee onboarding, performance management, and reporting. Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and ensure data privacy. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Ensures compliance with COBRA federal guidelines by preparing letters and other related documents. Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. Maintain documentation related to employee records, benefits, and HR policies. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
