Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to: Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to restaurant and hotel guests. Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members. Maintain the cleanliness and assure the sanitation of all plates, cups, glasses and kitchen utensils as necessary for daily service. Maintain cleanliness of all floor areas including the kitchen, lounge, employee break room and restrooms; and empty trashcans in restaurant, lounge, kitchen area and restrooms.
