Job description

Overview Responsible for executing and optimizing endpoint lifecycle management processes, including imaging, deployment, repair, inventory control, and logistics of the organization’s IT equipment. This role ensures all devices are properly configured and delivered to end users in a timely and efficient manner. Location: 6688 N. Central Expwy. Dallas, TX 75206 Responsibilities: - Perform PC imaging for desktops and laptops according to organizational standards to ensure full functionality upon receipt. - Troubleshoot imaging failures and maintain imaging processes and documentation. - Provide technical support for desktops and laptops, monitors, printers, network equipment, projectors and presentation equipment, and phones. - Ensure proper packaging, accurate and tracked shipping, and timely delivery and return of equipment at end user locations - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware-related issues and perform hardware repairs on desktops, laptops, and peripherals. - Coordinate vendor warranty repairs and track service requests. - Maintain, audit, and reconcile asset inventory records. - Manage intake and distribution of IT equipment through tracking and audit of requests and purcha...
