Steampunk wants you to join our team as a Program Manager to support the design and implementation of mission systems improvements and modernization for a federal client. This includes the documentation of the security strategy, planning, and architecture, which will lead to the eventual build-out of the solution. Contributions: As a Program Manager , you will be the leader, driving delivery in a government client consulting environment. You will be a client manager, coach, mentor, and an accountable program manager with a proven track record of leading deployments of solutions in a client environment. Responsibilities include: - Serving as the technical delivery leader, accountable for completion of team delivery efforts including quality oversight and client acceptance - Managing the P/L of their portfolio - Fostering and promoting innovative thinking across the client environment - Building and maintaining client relationships, developing a strategic vision for clients and internal teams - Handling challenging client situations and offering technical and business guidance & direction to client executives - Managing staff and monitoring performan...
