- Provide 1st and 2nd level ICT support to Lifeblood staff - 12 month Fixed-term, full-time position with WFH flexibility – Melbourne location - Salary between 63-68k + super + salary packaging About the role: Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the provision of 1st and 2nd level ICT support for all Lifeblood staff. A day in the role will see you use your ICT knowledge to respond to, manage, and resolve incidents and requests within our IT Service Management suite and deliver a great customer experience to our internal stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent ICT graduate who is passionate about the ICT industry and looking to kickstart their ICT career with ongoing training and support from the team and the wider business.
