Job Summary: Primarily responsible for establishing production goals, supervising, training and evaluating service employees to ensure that work is performed in support of company’s department goals. Lead position – Generally has more than ten years of experience and/or demonstrated job relevant knowledge/skills. A Lead Technician has a broad knowledge of the field’s standard and technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of standard, complex, and technical tasks; is self-starting and requires no supervision. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
