RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Float MRI Technologist to join our team. As a Float MRI Tech, you’ll travel to Twin Cities outpatient centers (near you), working with diverse teams, Radiologists, and equipment to expand your skills and experience. This is a part-time position working 20-29 hours/week working a variety of shifts between the hours of 6:30am-10:30pm, includes float and shift differential pay and mileage (no call); includes Saturday rotation. Willing to train in MRI. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (90%) Patient MRI Imaging 1. Screens patient before exam for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to examination, using two patient identifiers to ensure the correct patient and procedure 2. Explains and prepares patients for MRI procedures that will be performed, explaining the procedure, positioning patients so that the parts of the body can be appropriately scanned 3.
