Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Paint Technician. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals. Primary Responsibilities: - Clean and prepare surfaces as specified to be contamination free - Inspection prior to painting for parts or components needing repaired - Read and comprehend documents such as work orders, standard work, and specific customer specifications to complete work error free - Apply basecoat and/or clearcoat with manual spray gun - Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision - Able to work effectively wearing protective respiratory equipment - Monitors equipment used to mix and deliver coating materials to ensure consistency and quality - Safely manage and dispose of hazardous material - Record paint mix in process control sheets - Use principles of 5S, continuous improvement, and standard work to eliminate waste - Perform essential cleaning of paint equipment as needed Skills / Knowledge / Qua...
