TITLE IT Support Technician COMPANY JTEKT Bearings North America DEPARTMENT Warehouse (4110) LOCATION Orangeburg, SC CLASSIFICATION Salaried Non-Exempt REPORTS TO Site Manager GRADE 102 REVISION DATE 02/18/2026: Summary/Purpose The IT Support Technician supports the Orangeburg Distribution Center operations by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving hardware, software, automation tools, and business systems. This role partners with operations and corporate IT to ensure effective use of computer-based systems that optimize warehouse performance, visibility, and efficiency. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: - Maintain and improve 5S standards related to IT equipment and work areas - Install, maintain, and repair IT equipment including workstations, handheld scanners, printers, labeling systems, and related warehouse hardware - Support ERP, planning, and order management systems used within distribution operations (Oracle) - Troubleshoot transactional and system-related issues reported by end users - Support configuration and implementation of system enhancements and automation tools to improve warehouse processes - Partner with operations to enhance system functi...
