Description Job Summary: The Investment Client Services Representative 2 supports advisors and department staff by managing complex member needs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role enhances the member experience through advanced account support, trading assistance, and team guidance. Requirements: Essential Job Duties: - Performs all duties assigned to a level 1 Investment Client Services Representative - Performs other duties as assigned Main responsibilities: - Provide guidance and support to department staff, serving as a resource for escalations and operational questions. - Assist with inquiries and provide problem resolution for moderately complex member needs, escalating advanced issues to Financial Advisors as appropriate. - Provide enhanced support to Financial Advisors for trading activities and processing trades by proxy with required certification. - Oversee and manage the Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) list, executing necessary actions in coordination with Financial Advisors. - Manage license renewals for Financial Advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Set up new investment accounts, including drafting corresponde...
