RideNow Powersports-Ft Thunder Harley Davidson is looking for a Parts Manager who’s ready to deliver top-tier service. What You'll Do: Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost-efficiency, in coordination with the General Manager. - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing parts team focused on delivering superior customer service and achieving sales goals. - Drive revenue through effective inventory planning, pricing strategies, and team sales performance. - Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets; monitor gross margins and departmental profitability. - Partner with the service department to ensure technician needs are met quickly and efficiently. - Stay up to date on the latest parts, accessories, and powersports industry trends. - Collaborate with other department heads to streamline communication and maximize the overall dealership experience Qualifications: What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of management experience in a retail environment (dealership preferred). - Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams to achieve sales goals - Deep understanding of parts inventory systems and dealer management tools (CDK and/or Lights...
