Position Description: Title: Bandsaw/Perforator Operator Department: PolyAir – IPG Chicago Immediate Supervisor: Plant Supervisory Staff Status: Hourly Union Position Purpose: Operates Bandsaw and Perforator Lines Shift: Monday - Friday 3 PM - 11:15 PM Principle Accountabilities: - Set up and operate machine and all auxiliary equipment in a safe and efficient manner. - Troubleshoot machine, make adjustments, referring major issues to Team leader, Supervisor or Maintenance. - Locate unfinished product in warehouse and bring to conversion area by cart, hand truck etc. (no lift truck) - Place product on bandsaw and trim to customer specifications per order ticket. - Package finished pro...
