Flower Technician Department: Cultivation: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Riverbank, CA: Reporting To: Lead Technician: Compensation: $18.00 / hour: Description: Aeriz is searching for a full-time Flower Technician- for our state-of-the-art indoor aeroponic cannabis production facility in Riverbank, CA. The successful candidate will possess a passion for horticulture, excellent interpersonal skills, experience leading others, and strong cannabis knowledge with a willingness to continually learn more about the subject. The Flower Technician will ensure we grow different strains properly, and you’ll identify and resolve issues with plants. You should have a hands-on approach with good knowledge of cannabis genetics and growth requirements. Your goal will be to ensure we satisfy our customers with high-quality cannabis products. This role will report directly to the Flower Lead Technician and work on-site at our facility in Riverbank, Ca.
