In your role you will be the main technical architect of ServiceNow for Bank Julius Baer. YOUR CHALLENGE: - Define and drive the end-to-end ServiceNow architectural strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with Julius Baer’s digital transformation goals - Serve as the leading technical authority on the ServiceNow platform. Design integrations, configure workflows, and champion best practices across incidents, changes, requests, and CMDB - Analyse complex business and IT service management challenges, delivering innovative, sustainable solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem - Guide development teams and stakeholders in implementing ServiceNow-based solutions.
