Job Title Software Delivery & Operations Manager Job Description: We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys bringing order to the chaos of a complex software environment. Someone who gets real satisfaction from making things run more smoothly, not just pushing through individual projects, but improving how we plan, track, and deliver work across teams. In this role, you’ll spend roughly half your time leading software projects hands-on, and the other half focused on making our delivery processes clearer, more predictable, and easier to work with for everyone involved. It’s a good mix of doing the work and improving how the work gets done. This position is suitable for an experienced project or program manager who wants to continue making a real impact without the constant high-pressure grind of large-scale transformations or endless escalations.
