Citizens is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join the Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) division of our Capital Markets & Advisory team (“CM&A”). This role is based in our Richmond office and supports Managing Directors, Directors, Vice Presidents, and Associates in developing and pitching strategic and financial solutions to corporate clients and financial sponsors. Analysts work directly with senior deal professionals to execute all facets of prospective and active client engagements, gaining broad exposure across transactions from pitch through closing. Primary Responsibilities: - Participate in all phases of the transaction lifecycle, from pitch and origination through execution and closing - Prepare pitch materials and update presentation decks for prospective and existing client meetings - Prepare detailed transaction marketing materials, including confidential information memoranda (CIMs) and management presentations - Perform extensive financial modeling and valuation analysis, including analysis of deal structures and transaction alternatives - Manage due diligence workstreams, including populating, organizing, and administering virtual data rooms - Direct...
