Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future What to Expect: As Specialist III, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling , you will support effective planning and coordination of maintenance activities to optimize equipment availability, minimize downtime, and ensure safe, compliant operations across facilities. What You’ll Do: - Plan, scope, and estimate maintenance activities; develop work packages; coordinate with operations, engineering, and contractors to ensure efficient execution. - Analyze maintenance needs, optimize schedules, and bundle work to reduce operational interruptions. - Review and validate work order data, support audits and inspections, and contribute to long-range maintenance planning. - Support quality assurance by coordinating inspections, monitoring compliance with procedures, and assisting with process improvement initiatives. - Collect and analyze maintenance data, track component history, and support reporting to measure maintenance effectiveness and resource utilization.
