Job description

The Sr. Proposal & Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and execution of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and marketing materials that support sales growth and strengthen market positioning. This role serves as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure all client-facing materials are accurate, compelling, and aligned with company strategy. This position combines expertise in proposal management, content development, and marketing execution, while leveraging modern tools—including AI-driven technologies and data insights—to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and highly organized professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment. This role is based in Grapevine, Texas, with an initial in-office requirement for a minimum of 90 days and potential for a hybrid work arrangement thereafter. This position will not be fully remote.
