Overview Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about workplace safety and compliance? We’re looking for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support and strengthen our safety and environmental programs across multiple locations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership and field teams to help maintain compliance, improve safety processes, and support a culture focused on keeping employees safe. Responsibilities: - Support the EHS Manager in implementing and maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs, policies, and initiatives - Conduct EHS audits and assessments at store locations - Document audit findings, communicate improvement opportunities, and track corrective actions through completion - Follow up with leadership teams regarding compliance gaps, overdue action items, and required documentation Maintain and organize EHS records including: - Training completions - Audits and inspections - Incident documentation - Corrective actions - Regulatory compliance records - Manage EHS data within systems such as JJ Keller, Microsoft Forms, spreadsheets, and internal tracking tools - Coordinate and track required safety training, onbo...
