The LEGO Group is seeking a Real Estate Manager to support the execution of ongoing portfolio strategies, drive lease renewals, and coordinate the finalisation of approved lease agreements, specifically related to the Global LEGO Discovery Centre Portfolio. Bring your retail and lease negotiation skills to the table and join our global Retail Development team. Please note: This position will be based in Copenhagen or Billund and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered. Core Responsibilities: Portfolio Management & Lease Execution: Take approved leases to the finish line by driving execution processes post-Real Estate Committee (REC) approval, ensuring alignment with business timelines and priorities Coordination of LOIs and landlord communications, ensuring leases are finalised efficiently.
