Your purpose at Stanley/Stella As Senior HR Business Partner International , you act as a strategic partner to our business leaders across multiple regions. You strengthen our people strategy, elevate our employee experience, and ensure that our HR practices support sustainable growth and a high-performance, values-driven culture. Your mission is to anticipate talent needs, develop our people, enable leaders, and ensure that our HR frameworks, processes, and tools operate seamlessly at global scale. You challenge, advise, and support business leaders with clarity, credibility, and a strong understanding of our international business. You work closely with the Global HR Manager and collaborate with the wider HR team (Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Administration, Learning & Development, Employer Branding, HR Projects).
