Job Description: Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for an Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Lead Operations Manager, or Senior Lead Operations Manager at the Montgomery County Material Recycling Facility in Derwood, Maryland. This position will be responsible for providing operation oversight for the Material Recycling Facility and related projects. This includes on-site management of staff who supervise employees, procurement, budget development and oversight, operations and maintenance of facilities and equipment, production management, heavy equipment, and safety and environmental compliance.
