Position Description Immediately Hiring and Seating a Class A CDL Shuttle Driver and we want the right Transfer Driver to join us at Ryder in Wilmington, DE All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities We have all the benefits other carriers do without the wait! - Driver Positions Pay Weekly - Hourly Pay: $21 Per Hour - Mon-Fri NO WEEKENDS - Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm - Home Time: Local - Home Daily - Paid Training - Route: Shuttle Equipment between Ryder Customer Facilities - Freight: No Touch - Empty Trailers for Equipment Shuttle Transfer Movement - Transferring rental equip/ delivering trucks to customers, parts (straight trucks, vans, day cabs, sleepers, cabovers, etc.. based on what needs to be transferred) - Parts Pick Up - UNIFORMS AND BOOT ALLOWANCE - Paid Time Off Starts Accruing at Day 1 with 80 hours in 1st year - Medical, Dental, Vision Start at 30 Days - Immediate 401k rollover and contributions with company match at one year - Ryder offers comprehensive health and welfare benefits, to include medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance and disability insur...
