Quality Inspector, Level 3 Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will inspect products and perform quality audits, as well as initiate corrective actions for product deficiencies. Key Accountabilities: · Test and sample raw materials and incoming products to ensure compliance with company standards · Perform first off inspections, part layouts, receiving inspection, in process inspection, final audits, LPA, and gauge repeatability studies · Responsible for approving products for distribution · Initiate corrective action for procedural, product, or process deficiencies · Analyze reports and returned products and recommend corrective action · Assist in the general operation and the day-to-day demands of the Quality Department · Schedule or assign inspection duties · Issue Nonconforming Material Tags · Train inspection personnel · Operate CMM and have basic CMM programming skills Minimum Requirements: · Completion of secondary school or equivalent · Five years of related experience, prefer...
