About the role: The Sustaining Engineer, Internet Solutions applies advanced enterprise networking expertise to support, maintain, and improve SONIFI’s managed Wi Fi and networking platforms. This role independently diagnoses and resolves complex, non routine technical issues, leads advanced escalations, executes system upgrades, and determines corrective actions to ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability. The Sustaining Engineer serves as a technical authority for issue resolution and service continuity.
