Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team serving patients in the Anchorage and Eagle River, Alaska areas. This role focuses on helping patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living and work-related activities through personalized therapy programs. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, organized, and comfortable managing a moderate daily caseload while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Location: Anchorage & Eagle River, Alaska Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Average Caseload: 5–6 patient visits per day Mileage Reimbursement: Provided for work-related travel Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients to determine functional limitations and therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans . Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills .
