Job Summary The Identity & Access Management Specialist role will ensure appropriate physical and logical access to UMC systems, applications, and sensitive physical areas. This is achieved by performing accurate and timely user account administration and interfacing with business units to minimize access-related security risks. The position will also participate in compliance efforts, access management projects, and process improvement activities under the guidance of the ISO. . Job Specific Responsibilities Daily assignments may include but are not limited to: - Maintain personnel and facility security clearance information - Manage access control applications (both physical and logical) - Conduct and maintain Security Profile Assessments to ensure security clearance levels are appropriate for each position. - Interface with HR, physical security, and other department directors to understand access needs - Maintain security camera system to ensure availability and data integrity - Maintain infant tracking system - Coordinate with th...
