The Position: The Assistant Stix Manager oversees the daily activity of employees engaged in preparing and serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standards and applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. Ensures quality service to Resort guests and profitable operations. Duties include, but are not limited to: - Schedules and delegates work to the lounge and sports bar staff during all shifts. - Provides guidance and direction to lounge and sports bar staff. - Assists the Lounge Manager with hiring, developing and discipline of employees. - Ensures that guests receive prompt, cordial service at all times. - Responsible for ordering foodstuff, liquors, beers, w...
