All About You The Installation & Commissioning Manager will be responsible for the development of ESS installation and commissioning processes, procedures/work instructions, plans, and coordination with field personnel and third party suppliers of I&C scope of work for Battery Energy Storage installations. Liaise with Saft ESS Sourcing and Project Managers to ensure project commissioning requirements are met on time and within budget. Coordinate with Saft ESS Quality & Safety managers to drive a "safety first" culture throughout the project during the I&C phase. Provide feedback to Quality and Engineering on issues discovered in the field, and support Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action plans to support Continuous Improvement activities. Requirements: - BS degree or higher in Engineering or related discipline with supporting experience demonstrating electrical controls engineering competencies.
