Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30 Recruitment Posting Language: We are seeking a motivated Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) to join our clinical support team! The HUC plays a vital role in supporting clinical staff and ensuring smooth unit operations through a variety of clerical and communication tasks. What You Will Do: Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls professionally. Perform clerical duties such as admitting and discharging patients in the Epic system. Ensure patients have all necessary paperwork and manage orders for patient transfers. Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Support clinical staff with diverse administrative tasks. Handle internal and external calls, including directing patient family inquiries to nursing staff. Page providers for admissions and discharge paperwork signatures. What is Available: Part-time, 60 hours bi-weekly Day/Night rotation: 6:30am - 7:00pm and 6:30pm - 7:00am (12-hour shifts) 2 Holidays per year and 2 weekends in a 6 week period What You Will Get: Starting pay...
