Description We’re looking for a collaborative, service-oriented HR Generalist & Recruiter who loves building relationships, supporting employees, and finding top talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day—balancing recruiting, employee support, systems work, and cross-departmental collaboration. As an HR Generalist & Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, while also supporting broader HR functions across the employee life cycle. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other HR team members to ensure a fair, equitable, and positive experience for both candidates and employees. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Lead the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding. - Build strong relationships with hiring managers and guide them on recruitment best practices. - Manage our applicant tracking system, ensuring clean data, accurate reporting, and a smooth experience for candidates. - Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, conduct phone screens, and participate in interview panels. - Write compelling job pos...
