Job Description Manage remodels and capital projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, contractor management, and ensuring quality and safety and design standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Work with the design team to create accurate project plans. Allocate resources and address development opportunities. Track milestones to meet deadlines. Execution & Monitoring: Bid out projects, hire and oversee the contractors and subcontractors. Ensure work progresses as planned and resolve issues. Conduct pre- and post-construction inspections, to maintain company design standards. Budget Management: Prepare budgets, negotiate contractor rates, and monitor expenses. Review invoices and track spending to budget. Compliance & Safety: Enforce building codes and safety standards. Oversee inspections and maintain compliance with policies and process. Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure productivity. Keep clients and stakeholders informed of progress.
