Role Overview The Tech Lead is responsible for designing and managing a streamlined, high-output internal Salesforce infrastructure, positioning internal operations as the primary launchpad and validator for the AgentOps evolution. This role requires a blend of technical excellence, strategic thinking, and a commitment to scalable, innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Infrastructure & Source Format Migration — Architect and lead the migration the customer base to Source Format, including engineering transition programs, provisioning rules, and tracking mechanisms that unlock AI cross-selling and support ATR retention goals. Development & Application Implementation — Drive operational excellence through the continuous development of scalable Salesforce applications, prioritizing automated workflows, user-centric design, and high-quality engineering practices.
