Job description

As a CAD Modelling Engineer/Technologist at Fleetway, you will play a key role in transforming complex ship designs into accurate 2D drawings and 3D models that support the construction, modernization, and sustainment of client vessels. Working with a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will develop and interpret detailed models of equipment, foundations, piping systems, and structural components, ensuring all products meet established shipyard and industry standards. In this role, you'll support engineering changes by producing high‑quality production drawings and continuously improving accuracy and efficiency in your work. You’ll collaborate closely with peers across engineering disciplines and contribute to the technical foundation of major naval and marine projects. This position is open to candidates at all experience levels, including new graduates, who bring training or experience in 2D drafting, 3D modelling, and engineering design.
