Banana Moon Day Nursery Lower Sundon is seeking a passionate and capable Deputy Manager to play a vital role in our team. In this leadership position, you will collaborate closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure that we provide the highest quality childcare and education. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the operational management of the nursery, supporting staff in their professional development, and fostering a warm and engaging environment for children and families. You will be a key player in delivering our core values through strong safeguarding practices and curriculum implementation.
