Program Manager, River Class Destroyer

Fleetway is seeking a Program Manager to lead the schedule, scope, and budget of the River Class Destroyer (RCD) Program. This role is central to supporting Canada’s naval fleet by guiding engineering and technical teams and ensuring program activities are delivered with precision, quality, and strong fiscal management. The Program Manager, RCD will work closely with the Technical Delivery Leads to make sure scope and quality are managed throughout the program. You will be accountable for the overall direction and performance of the engineering and technical delivery teams within the AOPS project tasks for which Fleetway is responsible. You will provide direction and leadership to delivery teams to promote customer service excellence and best in class solutions. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the Program Manager, RCD monitors and reports progress of the RCD Program with respect to schedules and budgets and will work closely with the Cost Account Managers on the client side.
