Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, complex, regulator-facing data and AI modernization program. The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and execution of an Agile program operating across technical and business workstreams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Provide overall program leadership and accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and performance. - Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business partners, including supervision, economists, data scientists, executive leadership, and governance bodies. - Manage program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance. - Establish and oversee PMO governance, reporting, and performance management metrics. - Lead Agile program execution, including roadmap development, release planning, and dependency management. - Manage resources, staffing plans, and surge-up / surge-down activities. - Oversee delivery quality and risk management across multiple technical workstreams....
