Benefits: Position: Front Desk Attendant ( opener) Job Type: Full-time Location: FFC South Loop Required Shifts: Monday through Friday 4:20am-10:20am Compensation: $16.60 per hour - Dental insurance - Employee discounts - Training & development - Vision insurance - Wellness resources Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet members by name and create a great first impression of the club - Check-in members and guests to the club - Act as liaison between current and prospective members and Membership Department - Answer incoming calls professionally - Field all member questions, concerns, and complaints; Provide additional support to the Membership Experience Manager as needed - Perform opening and closing functions regarding the front desk - Take payment as needed and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of the shift - Attend all required department and club staff meetings - Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers What We Offer: Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision though Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois 401K: Company match Life Insurance: Company-paid: Professional Development: FFC matches 50% of educational costs up to $...
