For Earth For Life BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: Provide technical support to Kubota dealers and internal departments to improve their product knowledge and training, effectiveness and efficiency of repair and maintenance, and the quality of their operations. Monitor, analyze and report the need to improve product quality and maintain customer satisfaction. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines: - Provide technical support to Kubota dealers and other Kubota departments and entities via phone, on-line systems and messages, and on-site visits. Attempt to resolve concerns during the first contact. Report on recommendations and actions. - Coordinate activities with the Warranty and Parts Departments as required. - Inform dealer and company personnel about service concerns and/or solutions via Service Bulletins, Top Issues, telephone conversations, Call Records, and other forms of communication. - Provide training to dealers, co-workers, and other company staff on products, Kubota systems, and servicing methods. - Support Kubota’s Sa...
