Job description

The Business Instructor is a full‐time, 9-month salaried position responsible for teaching a combination of Business and Computer courses. These responsibilities involve developing and implementing course syllabi, achieving student learning outcomes, evaluating student performance, record-keeping, and related activities. Related activities include, but are not limited to, advising, serving on various committees, participating in recruiting and retention efforts, and participating in professional activities and organizations. QUALIFICATIONS: REPORTS TO: District Director of Business Instruction - Master of Business Administration with 18 graduate hours in Computer Science or equivalent graduate degree in a highly related field - Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - A minimum of 6 hours in graduate statistics courses - Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal communication skills required - Willing to consider candidates who are working towards hours in MIS or CSC or statistics - Experience with online teaching and classroom technology preferred CONTRACT TERM: Nine (9) months: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Teach Business and Compu...
