The Position Based at Lefroy Care Centre in Bull Creek, your role as a Kitchen hand is more than just preparing meals, it’s about bringing warmth and care to our residents through food. By keeping the kitchen organised and supporting meal preparation, you’ll help create moments of comfort and joy that truly makes it feel like home. This is a Permanent Part-time offering 50 hours per fortnight. Please be aware that there is a split-shift on Monday's, as you'll be required to attend both shifts. Week 1: Monday: 07:00-13:30 and 15:30-18:30 (split-shift): Tuesday: 07:00-13:30: Wednesday: 14:30-18:30: Thursday: 15:30-18:30: Friday: 15:00-19:00: Week 2: Monday: 07:00-13:30 and 15:00-19:00 (split-shift): Tuesday: 07:00-13:30: Wednesday: 14:30-18:30: Thursday: 14:30-18:30: Key responsibilities: - Prepare and plate food, serve and clear away meals in line with food preparation schedules. - Maintain the food preparation and serving areas to state hygiene standards. - Maintain appropriate resident interactions in line with the organizational values. - Consider resident lifestyles and personal choice. - Maintain effective interpersonal relationships with others. - Collect all temperature and c...
