About this role: Wells Fargo is looking for an experienced Commercial Loan Closing Specialist to join the loans operations team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations for the On-boarding team and collaborate with origination teams across various locations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing intricate deal structures, legal documents, and ancillary paperwork to ensure operational alignment within our Bilateral, Participation, and Agency lending portfolios while adhering to the bank's internal policies and guidelines. You will also play a key role in coordinating with Lines of Business, Loans Administration, and Agency teams to address documentation matters. Your tasks will involve supervising deal constructions in Loan IQ, preparing deal overview sheets for the Loans/Agency teams, and approving finalized work from junior team members.
