Hours: Average of 23 hours per week Shift Time: 10AM to 3.30PM. 140 hours over a 6-weekly rotating roster In this role, you will be supporting the Activities Coordinator, identifying the leisure activity needs of each of the Stokeswood Care Home residents based on their interests, preferences, and abilities and contribute to the planning and implementation of individual and group activities programmes.
