Position Summary: The Resident Relations Manager focuses on managing the customer experience and serving as the primary liaison during construction projects, including resident relocations. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitates daily activity and communication between contractors, the on-site team, and residents to align on daily work and resident needs. - Delivers accurate, timely information to residents via established channels and maintains accurate records of work performed utilizing the appropriate operating platform. - Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer’s needs, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally. - Monitors construction impact through regular community and unit walks proactively resolving resident concerns and potential hazards. - Coordinates temporary resident transfers for construction or repair projects, overseeing the logistical details and communicating progress until the project's successful conclusion. - Executes concession administration.
