Position: Sales Account Manager Location: Chatsworth, California: Reports to: Customer Service Manager: Shift: Day Shift (7am to 5:30pm/Monday thru Thursday) Qualifications: BASIC FUNCTIONS: - This position will manage sales activities and accounts for assigned customers and products. The ideal candidate must be detailed-oriented, organized, motivated to exceed, continuously improve, analytical and proactive. The candidate must also have a strong sense of urgency to provide excellent support to customers and internal stakeholders. Must be able to make good decisions in support of Sales and Sensor Systems, Inc’s best interests. REQUIREMENTS: - Processing daily purchase orders, including updates to sales/purchase orders in the ERP system accurately and expeditiously. Must meet metrics to be defined by Director. - Answer customers’ questions and concerns and follow-up and research orders utilizing our ERP system (Epicor) quickly. - Generate and review reports as directed by the Director of Business Development. - Support development of metrics and KPIs for Sales and other departments as requested by the Director of Business Development. - Develops and maintains strong relationships wi...
