Data and BI Analyst Location: Halifax / hybrid: Company: Activate Group: Department: IT: Contract type: Permanent / Full-time: About the role: We’re looking for a Data and BI Analyst to join our IT team at Activate Group. The BI Analyst is a key role within the central Data & BI function, focused on delivering high-quality reporting and analysis to support business decision-making across the Group. The role is responsible for developing Power BI dashboards, supporting analytics initiatives, and working with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver clear, actionable outputs. The BI Analyst will work closely with Senior BI Analysts and Data Engineering to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned to business needs. This is a hands-on delivery role, contributing to both project work and BAU activity, with opportunities to develop broader analytical and stakeholder management capability over time.
