This position will trained to tend, operate and oversee all areas within the elevator and office to assure compliance with established procedures relative to quality, productivity and safety. Assure we maintain the highest level of customer service to our farmers and commercial customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ability to operate Smartsoft program, entering all necessary information per load. Communicate with Smithfield Grain (SG) procurement and buyers to understand incoming and outgoing grain contracts.
