About the role: The Underground Field Service Technician (Known internally as Field Service Engineer) is responsible for providing on-site support to customers across multiple locations including Narrabri, Mudgee, Muswellbrook, Wollongong, Singleton & Lithgow, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance of HBT equipment, primarily in underground mining environments. You will be responsible for providing on-site underground support to customers while ensuring optimal performance and maintenance of our HBT product line You will leverage your technical expertise to audit, repair/replace components and provide guidance on operating our HBT equipment. You will also directly monitor the equipment in production and provide technical equipment and productivity improvement recommendations to customers, that will enhance the performance and reliability of the HBT equipment.
