Registered Behavioral Therapist with Aurora Behavioral Concepts. Aurora Behavioral Concepts is an agency that is designed to provide quality, home-based behavior health therapy for toddlers, preschool and/or school age children. Programs implemented include but are not limited to behavior reduction, expressive and receptive communication, social skills, self-help skills, parent education, and much more! Job Types: Full-time, Part-time: Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Responsibilities: - Under the supervision and guidance of a BCBA, the following are the responsibilities of a behavior technician. - Manage a caseload as assigned by the clinical director - Conduct home-based direct 1:1 therapy for children under the age of 12 - Implement various ABA strategies and procedures - Collect Data, compete session notes, and provide updates to the clinical supervisors - Commute to Different Locations to Provide Services within 25-35 miles radius - Attend monthly professional development meetings Skills and Experience: **Note: ABA experience is preferred but not required.
