The Connected Beginnings Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating the Connected Beginnings team that delivers health outcomes to Doon side and Mount Druitt Connected Beginnings Projects. This includes coordinating health care for birth to five-year-old children to facilitate better outcomes by the time they start school with a focus on the following domains: This project delivers the health component of the Connected Beginnings project that are lead by education agencies Ngroo, Mount Druitt and Ngalu Wal, Doonside. The team leader would be responsible for facilitating a cohesive partnership between health and the education lead agencies and managing the staff on the Connected Beginnings Health Team. - physical health and wellbeing. - social competence. - emotional maturity. - language and cognitive skills. - Communication skills and general knowledge.
